As a Design Consultant at the showroom in Beverly Hills, you will be the welcoming face for homeowners, designers, builders, and retail partners alike. You’ll guide visitors through immersive showroom tours, offering expert insight on product use, care, and installation. Your deep product knowledge and warm, solutions‑focused approach will turn casual visits into lasting brand relationships. From consumer outreach to troubleshooting and administrative support, you’ll play a key role in shaping exceptional customer journeys.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related) – Required
3‑5 Years of sales experience in a design showroom or luxury retail setting
Previous experience in a design showroom, kitchen design, interior design industry, architecture or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self‑motivation and the ability to motivate others
Strong stand‑up presentation & training skills including being comfortable in front of large groups with executives
Team player and the ability to work with others
Ability to multi‑task
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to speak to large groups and executives
Close attention to detail
