We are a busy growing one doctor practice and highly value our staff members! Our office is an incredibly modern space and we strive to keep up with the top dental technology at all times. This include owning a CBCT, CEREC, intraoral scanner, Digidoc cameras, 3D printer, X-guide implant navigation device, and multiple lasers. We also have been voted as Juneau's top dental office by the Juneau Empire Readers' Choice Awards for the past four years! We offer competitive pay, great hours, the ability to grow with our office, and an incredible team that you would be joining.
This team member should have a warm professional demeanor, growth mindset and be passionate about building relationships with people. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, friendly, likes to have fun while at work, and works well with others.
This is a potential FULL or PART-TIME position. Our schedule is Monday through Thursday 7:30AM-4:00PM. We also work occasional Fridays from 8:30AM-12:30PM. We are VERY willing to work with your schedule if needed!
A comprehensive benefits package is available to all full-time employees following a waiting period. These benefits include a health insurance stipend, 401k, paid leave, gym membership, CE bonuses, and several others which can be inquired about.
*Desired qualifications:*
* 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of dental software (we use Eaglesoft)
* Ability to take initiative and multitask
