TrialOrganizing Team meetings (setting up and participating)Expert RetentionSending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcriptsNoticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos.Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference StatementREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE-Incredible organizational skills-High proficiency with technology, including AI-Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation-Bachelor's degree required-Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not requiredYou must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.We are looking for a talented, hardworking, and organized individual looking to find a long-term position.
