Responsibilities
Manage and build the North Carolina region in sales and profits.
Set a strategic sales plan for the region based on company objectives.
Establish strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and end users.
Prospect for new business opportunities.
Participate in key food shows to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with current customers.
Train distributor sales teams.
Conduct distributor and operator sales calls with brokers.
Act as a liaison with the company’s customer care department to resolve equipment, product, lead‑time, pricing, and other related issues.
Investigate and resolve customer product quality issues.
Negotiate marketing programs with distributors favorably.
Analyze customer product mix versus spending to identify ways to increase profit margin.
Develop and pursue top‑line pipeline account targets.
Update CRM daily.

BS or BA preferred.
1–3 years of business development and/or sales experience in the food‑service industry.
Experience in distributor and end‑user development.
