Job Overview
Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after‑school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Development: Create and implement communication strategies that support organizational goals and strengthen engagement with internal and external audiences.
Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication with parents, teachers, and students.
Business to Consumer Communication: Craft compelling narratives that convey the organization’s mission, impact, and value to community members, parents, students, and partners.
Content Creation: Develop high‑quality communication materials including newsletters, presentations, announcements, promotional content, and digital media.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison to community partners, translating complex programs and initiatives into clear, accessible messaging.
Presentation Development & Delivery: Build and deliver high‑impact presentations to support sales, district leadership communication, and community engagement efforts.
Feedback & Listening Channels: Implement systems for gathering stakeholder insights to continually refine messaging and communications strategy.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including operations, sales, nutrition, and leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
Project Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of major initiatives, including program launches, account openings, and strategic projects.
Contract Support: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, assess risks, and contribute communication materials for proposals.
Data & Program Analysis: Review and synthesize data to inform communication strategies and project decisions.
Operational Documentation: Manage information gathering processes such as client meeting presentations, site surveys, and program design inputs.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance communication workflows and project execution processes, promoting standardization and efficiency.
Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and dependable follow‑through.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related areas.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, tailored to diverse audiences.
Strong presentation development and delivery skills for a wide range of audiences.
Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable messaging.
Experience collaborating across functional teams.
Formal project management experience desirable.
Bachelor’s degree required.
