Domino’s Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food, and profitable performance. The role requires strong judgment, math skills, multitasking, and a passion for leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and maintain a perfect image.
Ensure great customer service, attendance & punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
Qualifications
Experience operating all equipment and preparing products.
Knowledge of inventory procedures and ability to complete associated paperwork.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, telephone) and ability to give correct instructions.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, change). Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical & Work Conditions
Stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry and push trays, and push up to 7.5 pounds.
Work in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F; exposure to hot surfaces and food fumes.
Occasional stair climbing, bending, crouching, reaching above 72 ″.
Exposure to adverse weather when delivering products.
Must drive and navigate adverse terrain for delivery duties.
