To provide functional evaluation of the client and the planning and utilization of a program of purposeful activities to develop functional or adaptive skills designed to achieve maximal physical and mental functioning of the patient. Has advanced clinical skills, supervises the practice of assistants, students and rehab aides. Reports to supervisor and director.
*Education/Training: *Graduate of an accredited college program in Occupational Therapy with a BS, MS or DOT in Occupational Therapy. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
*Experience: *Minimum 3 years experience required.
*Licensure, Registration or Certification: *NYS licensure or eligible. Certified Hand ther. BLS is required by the American Heart Association.
