Children's Dental office in Smyrna looking for a fun and energetic hygienist. We have built a strong team and are looking for a new member to join us. This is a full time position that offers competitive pay, 401K, PTO, health and dental benefits. Must have a valid Delaware hygiene license.
We are patient-centered practice where your skills make a daily impact. As our Dental Hygienist, you'll do more than clean teeth—you’ll educate, empower, and build lasting relationships with patients. You'll work alongside a supportive team, using state-of-the-art technology to deliver top-notch care in a welcoming environment.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and periodontal care
* Perform oral cancer screenings and take radiographs
* Collaborate with the dentist to assess and plan treatment
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
* Help patients feel at ease with your expertise and empathy
* Maintain high standards for sterilization, documentation, and OSHA compliance
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed Dental Hygienist with CPR certification
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills
* Comfortable with dental software and radiograph technology
* A positive attitude and a proactive, team-first mindset
* Certification in local anesthesia/sedation a plus
