*JOB SUMMARY*
Our *Occupational Therapists* work to develop, improve, or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities and play or leisure. Intervention involves therapeutic use of meaningful and purposeful occupation, adaptation of environments for the promotion of health and wellness.
Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
* Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate the needs of multiple patients.
* Able to plan, develop, organize and implement successful Therapy plans.
* Ensure excellent communication among residents and families.
* Help create a culture of superior customer service.
* Assist with improving our current processes and OT Team
*REQUIREMENTS*
* *SNF experience preferred*
* *Ability to work cooperatively as a team member*
* *Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented*
* *Caring and compassionate*
* *Physical Abilities:* Lift 50-100lbs
*Licenses/Certifications:* State License-Occupational Therapist- Utah (Occupational Therapist Registered)
