Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating revenue through strategic sales initiatives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in IT services (Web & Mobile App Development, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.)

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements

Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts

Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels for lead generation

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Proven experience in IT services sales or business development

Strong understanding of software development services and technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, UAE, etc.)

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling AI/ML, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions

Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

Strong professional network and lead generation expertise

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets

Lead conversion rate

Client acquisition and retention

Sales pipeline growth
