JCW is partnering with a fast-growing
regional bank
that's seeking a
Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (VP FP&A)
to lead their financial strategy and planning efforts. This is a high-impact executive role offering strong compensation and the chance to influence company-wide decision-making during an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities
Lead all FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO, executive team, and Board.
Analyze business performance, identify trends, and support key decisions.
Collaborate across departments to drive financial accuracy and alignment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in banking.
Proven experience in FP&A.
Strong background in financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Remuneration
$150,000 – $165,000
