Build and own a high-impact territory.
Engage in mostly field-based sales work with 1 office day.
Qualifications 3+ years outside sales experience with strong results.
Commercial and property association affiliation a plus.
Required Skills Hungry, adaptable, and thrives in uncapped earnings roles.
Preferred Skills Experience in field sales.
Pay range and compensation package $100K base first year (DOE), total earning $140K-$150K yr 1.
Ramp up bonus
$160K+ 2nd year income.
$9K car stipend + gas card + full benefits.
