Responsibilities Generate original campaign concepts
Identify compelling market narratives
Shape how we position opportunities to our most engaged members
Develop campaign concepts from Big Idea to execution to iteration
Write conversion-focused copy for emails, landing pages, VSL scripts, and long-form sales experiences
Build multi-touch campaigns that build momentum, urgency, and conviction over time
Own the testing loop: propose variations, analyze results, and iterate to improve performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, product, design, and compliance to refine messaging
Use AI as a tool to support research, ideation, drafting, and iteration while owning strategy, voice, and final output
Qualifications 5+ years of experience writing direct response financial services copy
Understanding the experienced investor mindset and how to speak to someone already in the market evaluating their next move
Fluency in financial narratives; ability to translate complex ideas into compelling opportunities
Ability to think in Big Ideas and translate themes into urgent, investable angles
Performance-driven mindset with a focus on results
Data fluency: interpret performance signals and apply learnings to future campaigns
Embraces AI as a productive tool and demonstrates curiosity about expanding output
Highly collaborative: shares ideas openly and elevates the work of the team
Note: The successful candidate should provide writing samples demonstrating long-form persuasion at scale (e.g., a VSL script, order page, or multi-email campaign) and evidence of financial markets knowledge. A willingness to work in an AI-assisted environment where the goal is output quality and conversion, not word count, is required.
