Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects for key MEGS accounts.
Drive performance management, hiring, and team member career growth.
Provide technical coaching with deep MEGS industry expertise.
Develop and execute technical strategy for major MEGS accounts.
Partner with Sales to align solutions with customer objectives.
Build technical relationships with customer executives and decision makers.
Lead complex engagements across content production, broadcast, streaming, gaming, and sports analytics.
Measure and optimize team effectiveness through defined KPIs.
Guide digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and content delivery optimization.
Work with AWS media teams on feature prioritization and roadmap development.
Support executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions.
Establish training programs focused on media workflows.
Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent experience.
10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
AWS Associate level certification.
Experience working with Media & Entertainment industry customers.
