Junior Programmatic/ M&E Expert Ivory Coast The project aims to recruit a Local Fund Agent (LFA) to provide independent oversight of Global Fund grants in Ivory Coast. It focuses on ensuring the effective implementation of programs targeting HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and health systems strengthening.
The LFA is responsible for verifying financial management, program performance, and data quality across all stakeholders. The overall objective is to ensure transparency, accountability, and value for money in the use of Global Fund resources.
The Junior Programmatic / M&E Expert supports the Programmatic / M&E Expert assessing the performance and effectiveness of Global Fund-supported programs, focusing on data quality, results, and implementation progress.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the assessment of program performance against targets
Contribute to the review of M&E systems and data quality
Analyze data to identify gaps and risks
Assist in the validation of programmatic reports
Ensure alignment between activities, budgets, and outcomes
Provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in medicine, public health or epidemiology
Minimum 5 years of experience in public health
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Based in Ivory Coast
Experience in Ivory Coast is required
Proficiency in French is required
At least an intermediate level of English is required
