We are working with a facility in Massachusetts seeking Critical Care Physician coverage for PRN night and weekend ICU support. This is a strong opportunity for board-certified intensivists looking for flexible scheduling in an adult ICU setting.

Primary need: Night shifts (7:00 PM 8:00 AM)
Weekend options available:
7:00 PM 8:00 AM
8:00 AM 7:00 PM
2:00 PM 12:00 AM

Practice Setting
20-bed ICU
Hospital-based critical care
EMR: Epic
Work Details
Average census: patients
Weekend census: 8 10 patients with 2 attendings
Supervise Internal Medicine residents
Perform procedures as needed if residents unavailable
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable supervising residents
Confident with ICU procedures
Flexible for nights/weekends
Requirements
Board Certified in Critical Care
Active Massachusetts license required
BLS & ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year experience
