Design Engineer for Aluminum Systems

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading supplier of premium glass and aluminum structures for residential and commercial projects across North America. Our clients include SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others.

We are looking for a Design Engineer for Aluminum Systems —
a specialist with a strong understanding of aluminum profile design, extrusion principles, and the specifics of assembling aluminum structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating 3D models of components and assemblies based on technical drawings and physical measurements in SolidWorks

Developing custom mechanical assemblies

Preparing standard technical drawings and specifications

Working with measurements, sketches, and diagrams

Ability to analyze and optimize design solutions in terms of cost, time, and resources

rces. Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

Ability to work with project documentation at various stages of development, including sketches, working drawings, and specifications

Experience interacting with suppliers and production departments to clarify technical requirements

Experience with glass structures (partitions, railings, interior doors, swing doors, sliding systems, windbreak panels)

Full-time, remote work

8-hour workday (flexible start time)

Collaboration format: B2B (self-employed or individual entrepreneur)
