What role will you play? As a Data Analyst, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytical solutions, building and maintaining clear, data‑driven measures and high‑quality dashboards. You will explore complex organisational data to uncover trends, identify risks and highlight opportunities, and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders across our Client Service, Client Support and Client Protect teams, to provide valuable decision support.
What you offer 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis within a complex data environment, ideally within the financial services industry
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or a related field
Experience with SQL and proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Data Studio
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive project outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded.
