Overview
A leading global law firm is hiring a
Senior BD Manager
to drive platform growth initiatives across the innovation ecosystem. This is a strategic, outward-facing role focused on expanding the firm’s reach and influence among key players in tech, venture capital, private equity, and the broader startup landscape.
What You’ll Do
Build and deepen relationships with VCs, PE firms, founders, and other ecosystem stakeholders
Identify partnership opportunities and scalable engagement programs
Collaborate cross-functionally to align BD strategy with market trends
Bring insights from the startup and investment world into the firm’s client development approach
Help position the firm as a go-to advisor in the innovation economy
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of BD or strategic partnerships experience, ideally in legal, tech, or investment sectors
Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and how to build influence within it
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to think creatively and drive initiatives from concept to execution
This is not your traditional BD role—it’s about shaping how the firm engages with the market and builds long-term strategic value.
