ABC Disposal is actively hiring a Roll-Off/Waste Disposal Route Driver. This is a full-time position that will serve the Greater Cedar Rapids Metro Area.
ABC Disposal, located in Cedar Rapids, IA, is a leading waste management company known for its commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism. As the Roll-Off/Waste Disposal Route Driver, you will perform a variety of complex and routine tasks associated with the collection of waste and recycling commodities.

Job Duties:
Safely operate company equipment
Accurately complete dispatch list or assigned route
Appropriately document irregularities in routes (i.e. pictures for any blocked stops)
Complete required pre and post trip inspections
Use of a company provided tablet as required
Provide a safety orientated image to the public and ABC customers
Keep company equipment clean and orderly
Position Requirements:
Previous CDL driving experience is required
Valid CDL A or B with an air-brake endorsement
Maintain a valid medical card
Clean driving record
Knowledge and familiarity of the Cedar Rapids Metro area
Ability to work independently and efficiently with little direction
