Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) + Marketing Liaison
Full-Time | D&D Sports Med – Sanger, TX
D&D Sports Med, a high-energy outpatient clinic and part of Main Street Therapy Partners, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is excited to combine patient care with community outreach and referral development.
This is a unique opportunity for a PTA who enjoys building relationships, connecting with physicians, and helping grow a thriving clinic while still delivering exceptional patient care.
Our team is therapist-led, growth-focused, and committed to creating an environment where clinicians can make an impact both inside and outside the clinic.
What This Role Looks Like
This hybrid role combines hands-on patient care with marketing and relationship-building in the Sanger community.
Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist in developing and progressing patient treatment plans
Build relationships with local physicians, gyms, and healthcare providers
Represent D&D Sports Med at community events and networking opportunities
Help strengthen referral partnerships and grow the clinic’s presence in the market
Collaborate with leadership on outreach and growth initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
$28–$32/hour (Pay-for-Performance model)

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Texas
Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable representing the clinic in professional settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
