Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

You’ll partner directly with real-world companies to design the optimal implementation plan, address integration gaps, and ensure our AI delivers tangible value quickly. What You’ll Do
Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps

Skills We Value
Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)
Experience with APIs, scripting, and system‑to‑system integration
Strong writing and customer communication skills
Bonus: exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling
Bonus: experience with TMS platforms or freight software
