Deep Python experience and the ability to architect backend systems
Solid frontend experience with at least one modern JS framework
Comfortable working across the entire stack to ship real product
Understanding of distributed systems, caching layers, background workersStrong debugging instincts—able to track down root causes quickly
Soft Skills
Clear communicator who works well with others
Takes ownership and enjoys building things from scratch
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
