Base pay range
$300,000.00/yr - $330,000.00/yr
It’s not your average Quant gig. We’re taking terabytes of data, millions of predictions, and thousands of models driving real trades. We are looking for talented and motivated data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning researchers to help us capture all of the data in the world and convert it into alpha.

Identify and integrate alternative datasets to improve stock prediction

Optimize dataset transformations for better ML model performance
Requirements
Hands‑on experience training and deploying ML models
Strong background with quantitative finance data
Proven ability to build scalable data systems
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
You’ll discover and evaluate new datasets, build models to measure their impact, and integrate the most valuable ones into our data pipeline and strategy. You’ll design and test new portfolio and trading strategies, summarize results in research reports, and help decide which to move into production.
As a senior engineer, you’ll lead key projects, set technical standards, and collaborate with peers to build reliable, high‑performance systems.
