This client is searching for a
Staff Backend Engineer
to ship elegant, high-impact features and infrastructure that power the core platform at scale.
Role Requirements:
Ship production features fast in Golang (APIs, services, workers)
Write clean, tested, high-performance Golang code
Design systems & own projects end-to-end
Debug, profile, and optimize running services
Work closely with PMs, designers, and the rest of engineering
Profile Signals:
5+ years of software engineering experience
Experience building and maintaining APIs (REST or gRPC) in Golang
Solid grasp of databases, cloud environments, and shipping code
Previously worked at a startup or fast-paced tech company
