This position involves leading the development and strategy for Software Defined Networking at Crusoe, building AI-first cloud infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the SDN strategy roadmap.
Guide engineering teams through architecture, design, and implementation.
Collaborate on developing industry-leading networking infrastructure.
Lead Linux Kernel, driver development, and system architecture design.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in building and operating at scale in production environments.
Proficiency in C, C++, and/or Rust.
Deep knowledge of Linux internals, network programming, and packet processing.
Experience with kernel bypass technologies like XDP/EBPF, AF_XDP, DPDK.
Understanding of TCP/IP, network accelerators, SR-IOV, vDPA, and scalable network functions.
Background in Linux kernel or embedded development.
Familiarity with Open vSwitch, Openflow, and Open Virtual Networking.
Preferred:
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Leadership experience in technical roles.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization tech.
