What You'll Do Creative Production Management
Receive signed creative briefs from account management and translate them into clear, actionable production plans.
Layer in performance guidance - drawing on spend data and platform best practices - to brief contractors on what actually converts, not just what looks good.
Develop mood boards and visual direction documents to give designers a complete picture before production begins.
Query contractor availability and build realistic timelines before each project kicks off.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across clients without dropping anything.
Quality & Performance Standards
Review all assets before delivery - file weight, correct sizing, platform specs, and performance-oriented design principles.
Flag creative that is unlikely to perform based on platform knowledge or historical data, and work with designers to iterate.
Maintain Tiger Tracks\' internal library of CTAs, brand guidelines, and performance learnings across clients.
Contractor Coordination
Brief, manage, and QA a network of freelance designers and web producers.
Communicate clearly upfront to minimize revision rounds.
Track contractor spend across projects and flag trends to leadership.
What You Bring 3+ years in a digital project management, creative production, or traffic management role at an agency or in-house creative team.
Hands-on experience managing digital ad production at scale - you\'ve overseen thousands of assets and know every step of the process.
Strong working knowledge of ad platform specs (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) and file weight requirements.
Ability to read performance data and translate it into creative direction.
Experience managing and briefing freelance designers; you know how to give direction that reduces back-and-forth.
Comfort operating across multiple clients and projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar).
No need for a long onboarding - you\'ve worked contractor-style before and know how to get oriented fast.
Nice to Have Background in or exposure to performance media planning or buying.
Experience managing landing page and web design production workflows.
Familiarity with AI creative tools and how to evaluate their output against designer-produced work.
Prior experience helping build a creative production function from the ground up.
Path to Full-Time This role starts as a contractor engagement because we're scaling deliberately. As creative revenue grows and production volume increases, the expectation is that this role converts to a full-time position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership seat within the creative practice. We're not looking for a temp; we're looking for the person who builds this department with us.
