JOB POSITION SUMMARY
Experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides support for internal teams in the Manufacturing Assembly area. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. Performs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies. Performs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Determines and/or follows method sheets and/or sequence of operations in performing one or more assembly steps such as but not limited to: Wiring, component installation, hand soldering, aligning, cable harness, on assembly units. Uses hand and /or power tools. May complete daily production logs or other records.
Responsible for assembling and/or producing products according to detailed manufacturing processes. Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$47,150.00 - $76,705.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area under general supervision, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Assists with set up, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery/equipment. Helps monitor and install components of basic in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line.
- Builds competency with routine machinery.
- Ensures precision of daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
- Assembles various materials into sub-assemblies or finished products using appropriate tools and equipment, in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. Maintains accurate records/documentation related to work in progress and quality checks. Performs in process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products. Works with production supervisor and/or engineers to resolve line issues. Assists with basic maintenance of tools or equipment and advises supervisor of needed repairs. Labels and/or paints products. Packages and labels product according to manufacturing specifications.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Assembles, repair, inspect, or test products or assemblies following written instructions.
- Set-up and operate a variety of machines or equipment following written instructions.
- Maintain tools and equipment per documented procedures.
- Record information on approved documents.
- Dispose of hazardous waste material in accordance with written policies and procedures.
- Maintain certifications and training as required to remain in compliance.
- Train other employees when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-5 years of related work experience in a similarly regulated
industry or equivalent combination.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS
- Able to perform the job in a quality system environment.
- Able to perform moderately complex production assignments using standard methods and sequences.
- Able to make adjustments, modifications, and /or replacements to set processes as directed.
- Able to troubleshoot proven processes and suggest practical alternatives when needed.
