We believe great results come from empowered leaders, strong relationships, and people who take ownership of their work.**About the Role**We’re looking for a highly capable, self-directed Traveling Videographer & Storyteller to capture and elevate the real stories happening across our home health and hospice agencies nationwide.This role is for someone who is equal parts creator, interviewer, and producer—someone who can walk into a new environment, quickly build trust, and bring meaningful human stories to life through video.You’ll travel to our locations, lead interviews with patients and leaders, and create compelling content that is ultimately shaped into short-form videos used in paid media campaigns. You’ll also partner with our marketing team to understand performance and continuously improve what you create.**What You’ll Do**On-Site Story Capture* Travel 3-5 days per month to agency locations across the U.S.* Lead and conduct on-camera interviews with patients, families, and local leaders* Capture authentic, high-quality video that reflects real experiences and emotion* Direct shoots independently—lighting, audio, framing, and storytellingStorytelling & Content Creation* Translate interviews and footage into compelling narratives designed for short-form video* Capture content with the end format in mind: 1-minute reels for social and paid media* Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messagingProduction Ownership* Operate as a self-sufficient field producer—planning, shooting, and managing logistics* Travel independently and efficiently with gear and production setup* Adapt quickly to different environments, people, and schedulesPerformance & Optimization* Partner with marketing and paid media teams to review content performance* Use data and insights to refine storytelling approach and improve outcomes* Contribute ideas for testing new creative formats and messaging**Who You Are*** A strong visual storyteller with a passion for capturing real, human moments* Comfortable leading interviews and putting people at ease on camera* Highly self-sufficient—you can manage travel, gear, and production independently* Adaptable and resourceful in new and changing environments* Experienced in creating content for social media and paid advertisingPreferred Experience* Experience running or working within a video production business, managing multiple clients and priorities* Background in documentary-style storytelling or branded content* Familiarity with performance-driven creative (ads, social campaigns, etc.)* Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro* Canon Camera/lenses ExperienceNot necessary but a Plus!* Photography* Adobe After Effects**What Success Looks Like*** Authentic, emotionally compelling stories captured consistently across locations* High-performing short-form video content used in paid campaigns* Strong collaboration with marketing to improve results over time* A repeatable, scalable approach to capturing stories in the field**Why This Role Matters**This role is about more than video.It’s about capturing the moments that define care, leadership, and human connection— and sharing those stories in a way that resonates, inspires, and drives impact at scale.*The above statements are only meant to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
