We are seeking an experienced Service Support Staff member to join our growing service team. This role combines vehicle detailing, reconditioning, and service lot operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and exceptional vehicle presentation throughout our facility. This position offers excellent upward mobility within the service department. $17/hour starting pay plus performance bonuses

Car Wash Operations
Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles that have been sold and serviced, as well as rental fleet vehicles. Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service. Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements. Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Service Lot Operations
Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility. Meet & greet customers as they enter the service area. Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid. Maintaining an orderly service parking area, lot, and vehicle display, car preparation, shop, and showroom appearance.
General Duties
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion. Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members. Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization. Other duties as assigned.
Required:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Positive attitude and can-do mentality. Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities, and eagerness to improve. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly and customer service-focused. Reliable.
Physical Requirements: This position requires times when you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and in a stationary position (e.g., located on our service drive) for up to 50% of the time. Must be able to move about inside and outside our facility to access vehicles, file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Must be able to frequently communicate with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
