Salary Range: $62,000 – $90,000 annually

A General Manager is the leader of a restaurant and must have a guest‑first mentality and at least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept applications that include some McDonald’s management experience.
The salary range is dependent on a variety of factors, including the amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food‑service industry, and availability.
We are an 18‑restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees across our restaurants and home office. We are a tight‑knit, family‑owned and operated business led by long‑term leaders who began, in many cases, as first‑job employees and climbed the company ladder of success, taking on greater responsibilities with each new position they have grown into our company.
