Coordinator
The Coordinator provides administrative support to the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). This role supports daily office operations, scheduling, communications, and special projects, while ensuring accuracy, organization, and discretion in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to attorneys and staff within the OGC, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuity of work.
Manage shared calendars and inboxes, schedule meetings, organize team events, and maintain deadlines for board meetings, committee meetings, and other functions.
Maintain records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools to support office operations.
Order office supplies and maintain the overall organization and functionality of the OGC office space.
Generate PDFs, perform document redline comparisons, and help format and prepare legal documents and other materials.
Manage conference room bookings and coordinate catering requests for meetings, events, and training seminars.
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proven ability to show initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and substantive areas of OGC work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AI-powered productivity tools, and Adobe Acrobat.
The salary range for this position is $51,846.00 to $60,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
