As a Design Engineer, you will focus on the development of combines in the crop processing area. Working alongside the international team, you willbe responsible fordesigning and developing moderately complex structures and sheet metal components, ensuring they meet stringent performance, durability, quality, and serviceability standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key tooptimizingdesigns for production while ensuring alignment with the broader project goals.
Your Impact:
3-D and 2-D designing and development of parts, assemblies and mechanism using variety of materials and fabrication technologies
Creation of detailed production-quality fabrication drawings, design documentation, and assembly drawings for new and existing parts andultimatelymanageengineering changes ECR-ECN (EPDM or similar tools preferred)
Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing,Purchasing, etc.).
Collaborate on project schedules and budgets, ensuringtimelydelivery.
Contribute toproduct validation and testing activities.
YourExperience and Qualifications:

Diploma Perito, Bachelor’s, ormaster's degree in mechanical engineering.3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Backgroundin agricultural machinery and equipment isrequired.Proficient in3-D and 2-Dmodeling (ProEpreferred) and MS Office tools.Skilled in drawing layouts and GD&Tmethodology.
Extensive experience in designing and developingSheet metal, castings,fabricated steelstructuresand mechanismsincluding welded and bolted assemblies.
Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing techniques (DesignforManufacturing), failure and Root Cause analysis, inspection techniques, coatings, and fasteners. Ability to justify design decisions with calculations,analysisand written documentation
Understanding ofcrop flow mechanics, finite element analysis, DEM, CFD tools, and linkages.Proficiencyin designing and specifying sheaves, belts, and bearings.Strongand pragmaticproblem-solving skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.Fluent in English (spoken and written)Italian mother tongue
Willingness toparticipatein field test activities, investigate concerns,identifyresolutions, and report results, primarily within European countries.Availability for occasional international travel to Europe, the United States, and Brazil.
