
Global Logistics Communications & Community Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Global Logistics Communications & Community PM/Coordinator to support internal communications and community engagement in a global environment. This is a fully remote, additional role (0.25 FTE) , ideal for someone looking for a part-time opportunity alongside other responsibilities.
You will:
Maintain and update the Global Logistics communication hub, including news, events calendar, and performance updates
Develop and publish the monthly Global Logistics newsletter
Prepare communication materials for town halls, including pre- and post-event communications
Create and publish weekly learning and knowledge-sharing content
Support organization and accessibility of learning materials
Assist employees in publishing content across internal communication channels
Encourage community engagement and support bottom-up contributions from teams
Prepare communications highlighting achievements, milestones, and best practices
Coordinate content inputs from stakeholders across Global Logistics
Support monthly meetings with community ambassadors and prepare materials
Execute communications in line with the editorial calendar
Ensure consistency of messaging across communication channels
Track communication and engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Support continuous improvement of communication formats and community engagement
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines
Experience working with internal communication and collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Proactive, service-oriented mindset and ability to support multiple stakeholders
Ability to structure content and present information clearly
Comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment
Basic understanding of internal communications or community management practices
Nice to have:
Experience in internal communications, community management, or corporate communications
Experience supporting newsletters, town halls, or internal campaigns
Experience working in a global, matrix organization
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
