Position Summary
e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Corporate Communications to support media materials, community engagement, reporting, and event execution across key corporate initiatives. In this role, you’ll contribute to how e.l.f. shows up externally through storytelling, community management, and culturally relevant communications. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to corporate communications at a fast‑moving consumer brand during a high‑impact year for the business.
Responsibilities
Support the development and organization of media materials for go‑to‑market (GTM) campaigns
Assist with reporting and insights related to communications and engagement efforts
Support planning and execution of events tied to corporate communications initiatives
Support community management across owned platforms, including Substack and LinkedIn
Help maintain and organize the corporate communications asset library
Requirements
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st
Available for in‑office work at least three days per week
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Sharp eye for news, cultural moments, and relevant conversations
Strong organizational skills, particularly related to event coordination and execution
Familiarity with top‑tier editorial outlets and media trends
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Interest in corporate communications, brand storytelling, or media relations is a plus
