The Role
We’re looking for a Product-Minded Software Engineer to join a high-ownership, high-impact engineering team. You’ll own feature development end-to-end, shape product experience, and directly impact customer outcomes. Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to ship quickly, iterate on feedback, and build internal and external tooling used daily by recruiters and hiring teams. This role offers strong leadership potential and the chance to grow into product or engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement product features used by recruiters and hiring teams
Own full-stack development from backend services to polished frontend UX
Talk regularly with customers and internal users to inform product decisions
Build internal tooling such as AI note-takers, Chrome extensions, and workflow automations
Develop integrations with third-party systems and partner platforms
Contribute to growth infrastructure: onboarding, activation, billing, and SEO
Explore and help expand into verticals like legal, finance, and healthcare
Skills & Experience
Strong product intuition and user empathy with a focus on high-quality UX
Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure components
History of ownership in fast-paced, startup environments
Strong communicator and collaborative teammate
Detail-oriented and delivery-focused
Proficiency with: Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, SQL and NoSQL databases, and modern deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel)
The Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary of $170,000 – $200,000 plus equity, health, dental, vision, and 401k
