Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Signal Processing and Wireless Communications Expert, based in Chelmsford, MA, with a combination of on‑site and remote work. The role involves designing, simulating, and implementing advanced signal processing algorithms for wireless communication systems. Responsibilities also include analyzing and optimizing wireless networks, collaborating on algorithm development for interference mitigation, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure solutions meet both technical and operational objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in signal processing, including algorithm design, simulation, and analysis
In‑depth understanding of wireless communications protocols such as 4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, and SATCOM
Experience with programming languages like C++, Python, or MATLAB for algorithm development
Knowledge of interference mitigation techniques and spectrum efficiency optimization
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage hybrid work schedules
Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field is preferred
Familiarity with AI applications in communication systems is a plus
