Spreetail Inc., Lincoln, NE, United States
Lead Analyst – Business Development
Spreetail propels brands to increase their e‑commerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. Learn how we are building one of the fastest‑growing e‑commerce companies in history: www.spreetail.com.
Work Your Way: We believe in empowering employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that’s from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in‑person connection, so we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of collaboration, team building, community engagement, and an All‑Hands meeting.
Spreetail is looking for a Lead Analyst who will drive results that impact our larger goals. You will be accountable for your work and results, and we seek people who want to progress and get promoted. This role combines deep analytics with hands‑on operational execution to strengthen the BD revenue engine.
How you will achieve success
Revenue & Pipeline Intelligence: Own analytics for the BD pipeline (conversion, cycle time, aging, win/loss).
Analytics → Action: Translate analysis into prioritized operational changes tied to EBITDA impact.
Systems & Workflow Enablement: Ensure data integrity and metric consistency across CRM and related systems.
Operating Impact: Reduce manual effort and dependency on ad hoc reporting.
Cross‑Collaboration.
Qualifications
Senior analyst with strong Revenue Funnel or Business Development/Sales Experience (5+ years).
5+ years of experience in business analytics, Excel, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), SQL and/or DAX.
Comfortable operating inside systems and processes, not just reporting on them.
High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and auditability.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Sales Operations tools (HubSpot, Gong, etc.).
Compensation
Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 per year. Pay is based on geographic location and other factors. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms may be included as part of the total compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
Benefits & Culture
Flexibility to work in the way that suits you best.
Generous vacation policy and paid time off, including paid parental leave.
Support for parents of growing families.
Medical, dental, and vision plans with coast‑to‑coast coverage.
Free telehealth and on‑demand mental health resources.
Paid time off for volunteering and community impact activities.
Recognition programs including awards and gift credits.
Eligibility
Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
