Job Overview

As a Manager in Workforce Advisory, you will help clients solve complex people‑related challenges and integrate organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management into transformational initiatives that accelerate business performance. Your role includes client pursuit, proposal preparation, presentation delivery, and collaborative solution delivery—from structuring teams to structuring the organization for agile ways of working.
Responsibilities
• Manage and mentor a diverse consulting team, ensuring high‑quality client service delivery and progress monitoring.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and professional knowledge while maintaining long‑term client relationships and networks.
• Cultivate business development opportunities, supporting the organization’s growth.
Full‑time employment, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience. A Master’s degree is acceptable with 4 years of related experience. Must have 3 years of consulting experience providing people and organizational design supported by a change methodology in large‑scale, end‑to‑end transformations for commercial clients, including at least two of the following:
Change Management
Organizational Structure and Design
Capability Mapping
Organizational Assessment
Organizational Governance
Additionally:
3 years of transformation management experience for large‑scale business transformation projects and programs.
3 years of experience developing and delivering programs of work from planning to implementation, managing project resources and budgets.
3 years in either (or a combination of) management consulting selling and delivering large‑scale organizational design projects, or a professional services firm delivering such projects.
3 years managing a team of junior consulting professionals.
Requires up to 80% travel, including up to 10% international.
