My client are seeking a strategic, hands‑on
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead their finance function through the next phase of growth and digital transformation. This is a key leadership position responsible for financial strategy, operational excellence, and system innovation particularly driving the
implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP
across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee the
end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation , ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Partner with executive leadership to drive commercial strategy and data‑driven decision‑making.
Develop scalable financial processes and controls to support rapid growth.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a
CFO, Finance Director, or VP Finance
in a growing business.
Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP
including implementation, integration, and optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects and streamline financial systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
You’ll have the autonomy to design and deliver a best‑in‑class finance infrastructure, anchored by NetSuite ERP, while partnering closely with a visionary leadership team.
