Nurse Manager – Postpartum Full Time Newark, DE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Postpartum Unit. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staff management, patient care quality, and departmental performance. At ChristianaCare, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns. Our Postpartum Unit provides expert nursing care and education in a warm, supportive environment, helping families navigate recovery and strengthen their bond with their newborns. The unit also includes a dedicated Continuing Care Nursery to support infants requiring extended medical attention. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage nursing staff in the Postpartum Unit, ensuring safe and effective patient care. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient needs. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Education
