Description Supervise and manage all maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Lead and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance targets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance schedules. Monitor and manage the maintenance budget effectively. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times. Handle troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Oversee procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
