How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Quality Technician II at our Grand Junction, CO facility, you will work with Quality, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to continuously improve quality performance ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will perform a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards, and to ensure effective inspection and testing procedures are implemented. This includes NDT/Quality Inspection to inspect in-process and final product through Nondestructive Testing.

On-site at our Grand Junction, CO facility.
Shift
Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Responsibilities
Assist Quality Engineer in use of statistical tools in the workcell.
Assist Quality Engineer with Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Support production with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
Perform first article inspection, review visual aids, and make updates to inspection visual aids.
Perform defect analysis reporting.
Perform line and product audits.
Assist Quality Control with in-process and final inspections, including DQR processes.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Utilize MT&E (Measurement Testing and Equipment) and Visual Inspection Techniques to validate product conformance.
Ability to pass vision acuity and color perception test, required.
Assures gauges are within the current calibration cycle and are properly used and stored. Arranges for repair of gauges as needed.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree
Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Understand CNC machining processes and various manufacturing and inspection techniques.
Basic knowledge of engineering theories, design principles and practices, and design evaluation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Individual may be required to sit, stand or walk. Reaching, loading, and unloading of pallets and racks is mandatory, as is lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $21.73 - $39.13. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: May 31, 2026.
