Schedule

Monday – Friday

Training on 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, then Split Shift 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

$2,000 Sign On Bonus eligible ($1,000 after three months, $1,000 after six months)

Job Responsibilities – Activities

Perform QA/QC testing on all products as required and report test results.

Monitor and maintain all QA/QC test method and test result records.

Provide technical support to manufacturing processes.

Support Process Engineers in development of process parameters and process improvements.

Assist in monitoring and reporting on engineering trials for new materials, products, processes and process improvements.

Establish methods or procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific issues.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Communicate and document test results and/or problems that deviate from established procedures and specifications.

Requirements
Education – Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs

Hands‑on

Interpersonal skills – must be able to work with many different skill, education, and experience levels

Mechanical aptitude.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.

Basic knowledge of an ERP system.

Familiar with fluoropolymer materials and process equipment.

Salary
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour DOE
