
All-Source Analyst – Space / Counterspace (TS/SCI) – Quantico, VA (MCIA)

Responsibilities
Conduct all-source analysis on foreign space and counterspace capabilities, including: doctrine, strategy, and operations; space platforms, launch systems, and weapons; communications, collection systems, and vulnerabilities; dual-use and emerging technologies; evaluate foreign military systems and technology developments across multiple intelligence disciplines.
Produce intelligence products including written assessments, intelligence estimates, and executive-level briefings.
Support MCIA Program of Analysis (POA) and respond to RFIs.
Integrate data from multiple sources to assess capabilities, intent, and future threats.
Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection requirements and strategies.
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and IC partners to fuse technical and analytic insights.
Maintain situational awareness of assigned portfolios and emerging threats.
Ensure all products meet ICD 203/206/208 standards and MCIA production requirements.
Participate in peer reviews, conferences, and analytic exchanges across the IC.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
Demonstrated experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
Strong ability to: analyze complex, incomplete, or ambiguous data.
Strong ability to: synthesize multi-source intelligence into actionable insights.
Strong ability to: produce clear, concise, and defensible analytic products.
Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while contributing to team efforts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in space / counterspace, aerospace, or technical intelligence analysis.
Experience working with foreign weapons systems and emerging technologies; technology transfer and military capability development.
Familiarity with structured analytic techniques and IC tradecraft standards.
Experience supporting DoD or IC production environments (MCIA preferred).
