Paralegal (transactional)
Silverman Law Office, PLLC, Billings, MT, United States
Base Compensation :$65,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience (plus significant bonus potential)
Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family members
Employer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Certified by Montana State Bar or ability to attain certification.
Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients
Support a diverse group of attorneys
Draft legal documents
Prepare and file documents with the courts and legal government agencies
Serve as a notary
Stay up to date on amendments in laws and regulations
Attend relevant continuing education courses
Work in a TEAM-me environment
