Large top-tier law firm seeks Hybrid Payroll Manager for its Century City office. This position works three days in office, two at home – there is some flex with in-office hours. This position will oversee and supervise the Firm’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Candidate must have extensive multi-state payroll knowledge along with the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and with ADP software and should have demonstrated hands-on expertise with HRIS systems (SAP and PlanSource) to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management. Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of related payroll management experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not required. Salary range is $150-165k, depending on qualifications, experience and skills.
