We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven
Paralegal
to support our Legal Department in delivering timely, accurate, and business‑focused legal services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced industrial and aerospace environment and enjoys working across multiple functions, including operations, procurement, HR, and compliance.
Work schedule: Hybrid from the following locations.
Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Fort Lauderdale, FL

Key Responsibilities
Contract Support
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial agreements, NDAs, supply contracts, service agreements, and vendor documents.
Maintain contract templates and support the contract lifecycle process, including routing, approvals, and archiving.
Track key contract dates, obligations, and renewals.
Corporate Governance
Support entity management activities, including maintaining corporate records and minute books, drafting resolutions, maintaining director and officer lists and completing annual filings.
Coordinate with external counsel on domestic and international entity matters.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
Assist with compliance programs related to sanctions and export controls (ITAR/EAR/OFAC), environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct preliminary research on regulatory issues and prepare summaries for attorney review.
Support internal audits and compliance training initiatives.
Litigation & Claims
Organize and maintain litigation files, discovery materials, and correspondence.
Assist with document collection, preservation, and coordination with outside counsel including responding to subpoenas and other requests for information.
Track claims, subpoenas, and related deadlines.
General Legal Operations
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
Manage legal department databases, document repositories, and matter‑tracking systems.
Support special projects, including M&A due diligence, policy updates, and risk‑management initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and internal business units.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred.
10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry.
Strong understanding of contract principles and corporate governance.
Experience with compliance topics such as export controls, data privacy, or environmental regulations is a plus.
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document‑management systems.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
