Job Details About the Role In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee all aspects of HR management for a thriving U.S. manufacturing facility. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Manage benefits administration, 401(k) plans, and compensation programs Partner with leadership on workforce planning, training, and succession development Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Administer payroll, HR budgeting, and reporting Support employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and community events Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes aligned with company goals About You Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments Proven success in leading HR operations and influencing organizational culture Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
