What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution.
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials when required, and documenting entry and exit activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
Support lobby and reception operations by observing cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, reporting maintenance or operational issues, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
Complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner while providing professional assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
